We handle returns on a individual basis with the ultimate goal of making sure our customers are happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your CIWOtech™ product, we will be happy to return or exchange the item within 30 days from the date of purchase, for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges).
The following conditions must be met for a return or exchange to be accepted
· Item(s) must be unused and resalable
· Item(s) must still be in their packaging with all tags attached
· Item(s) must not be damaged or show signs of wear
· Complete the return form included with your original shipment
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
