RETURN POLICY

US PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS

We handle returns on a individual basis with the ultimate goal of making sure our customers are happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your CIWOtech product, we will be happy to return or exchange the item within 30 days from the date of purchase, for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges).

The following conditions must be met for a return or exchange to be accepted

· Item(s) must be unused and resalable

· Item(s) must still be in their packaging with all tags attached

· Item(s) must not be damaged or show signs of wear

· Complete the return form included with your original shipment

*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.

We will send a confirmation email once item(s) have been received. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your item has been processed and approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 days to your original form of payment.
